We prepared a couple pork steaks, marinated on a mix of orange zest, orange juice and chili flakes. Sent into the fridge for a couple hours and then into the grill for those pretty marks.

Always use a thermometer for pork, specially thick cuts so you can make sure you cook it to a safe temperature but to a point it is still juicy on the inside. The orange marinade gave it a beautiful color that strongly contrasts with the grill marks. You can check it out on the picture above and give us your opinion!
